September 2023 Accreditation Action: Grant seven years of Initial Accreditation with a Progress Report. The following Standards are Partially Met:
Standard 13. Program Specific Curriculum, The Foundational Domain 10 – Leadership was not met. Provide the course syllabus for HLIF 575 Capstone: Project and Special Topics in Health Informatics to validate course content.
Standard 19. Advisory Committee. The program added two new advisory committee members after the site review report was submitted. Both members are external to the institution, but the committee still lacks diversity in expertise in health informatics and/or related areas.
