June 2021 Accreditation Action: Grant seven years of Initial Accreditation with a Progress Report. The program remains non-compliant with the following 2018 Standards:
 
Standard 18. Curriculum.  After reviewing what was submitted after the site visit, there are still 2 competencies that are partially met and one that is not met. Rationale for Deficiency: I.2 – Partially Met – The submitted assignment is more about the hardware than the information. Submit an assignment that meets the competency. I.4 – Partially Met – While there was an addition to the existing assignment, the information could not be located as requested of the students on the Joint Commission’s website. Clarify how the students are to obtain the information. I.6 – Met III.3 – Met III.5. – Met III.6 – This is now Met, but the assignment should be revised to include more instructions on how to the assignment or include an example. V.3. – Met VI.1 – Not Met. the assignment mentions, “Develop your leadership skills” but no specific skills are mentioned. Submit a revised assignment that meets this competency. VI.4 – Met. 
Standard 19. Syllabi. The program has not demonstrated that there is a calendar to follow in the LMS as indicated after the site visit. The LMS was accessed by the council and the course calendar/outline could not be identified.
