Standard 7. Document Program Modifications. Program modifications must be driven by the results of assessment and data analysis and an action plan against those data must be documented.
Standard 9. Program-Specific Curriculum. There was no evidence of coverage of the following curricular elements: governance personal health records business ethics leadership governance systems thinking and theory.
Standard 11. Faculty. The faculty metrics document asks for reporting on the number of faculty (including the program director) assigned to the Health Informatics graduate program.
