April 2016 Accreditation Action: Grant 10 years of Continuing Accreditation with a Progress Report. The program remains non-compliant with the following Standards:
Standard 18. Professional Development. While the program has provided the individual faculty evaluation forms with a point system for meeting faculty institutional requirements, specific professional development activities planned and completed by each faculty member is not consistently documented. The materials provided are for the current academic year. The program was advised to annually document professional development activities planned and completed each year for all faculty including part time and adjuncts, that are related to the course(s) they teach. This would be maintained in the department files and would be an expansion of the institution’s evaluation form.
Standard 26. Curriculum Syllabi and Competencies. Revised syllabi have been submitted but the program did not highlight in yellow, the revised content of new activities or assignments within as instructed.
