June 2022 Accreditation Action: Grant seven years of Continuing Accreditation with a Progress Report. The program remains non-compliant with the following 2018 Standards:
Standard 3. Program Effectiveness Measures. It was noted at the site review that a more significant metric should be applied to goals for students and graduates. In the communities of practice outreach goal; delete second sentence in “Target Outcome” and move the third sentence to “Steps to Achieve”.
Standard 18 Curriculum. The following curriculum competency remains Not Met: Domain I: I.6. The assignment does not address the competency. Assignment provided is regarding hypothesis testing.
Standard 24. Publications and Disclosures. The language which accompanies the CAHIIM logo is not correct.
